2. Select the appropriate rack system

3. Choose the proper way of surface treatment
Spraying (epoxy polyester electrostatic powder spraying) is the most common rack surface treatment. It is not very harsh for cold storage, which is very suitable for corrosion and rust prevention. It has good applicability and economy.
4. Other considerations
Other factors should be considered in the design of cold storage racks, such as the selection of welds in the cold storage, which should correspond to the material and welding process requirements of the welded material and ensure the welding quality of the weld. The characteristics of frost in the cold storage should be considered. The weight gain should be considered properly when calculating the selection of racks, and the corrosion resistance requirements of the customer refrigeration and defrosting process on the structure spray coating should be considered.
The cold bridge of the anchor bolt at the pillar foot of the rack column (the corner of the outer wall, the angle of the inner and outer walls, the roof of the building and the outside of the outer wall) will produce the phenomenon that the water mist is adsorbed on the wall, and the effect of dew condensation in the wall of the wall, "tears", "perspiring", "moldy", the damp and mildew of the house, will appear.
