There are three ways to deal with the rack layout of warehouse when encountering wall support pillars:
1. Place the supporting pillars in the middle of two groups of racks arranged back to back. Relatively speaking, this scheme is the most ideal one. The pillars do not hinder the staff from accessing goods in the corridor or reduce the storage capacity in the racks. However, this scheme has the greatest shortcoming. It wastes a certain amount of warehouse space, reduces the product storage capacity and reduces the utilization rate of the warehouse.
2. Place the support pillar in the passage of the rack. This layout scheme should be the most unsatisfactory, but when there are many rows of warehouse pillars, this scheme is unavoidable. This requires that the relative distance between pillars and racks should be increased as far as possible to ensure warehouse storage and staff efficiency. Many users are suitable for this form.
3. Place the support pillars on the edge of the rack or between two groups of parallel racks. This scheme is relatively reasonable. It only reduces a small part of the storage, and has no impact on the efficiency of the entire warehouse staff!
